You will be amazed at how much faster our meat thaws and cooks, which is why we like to call it "fast food."  Not the fast food junk most people are used to eating, but "fast food" that is healthy, convenient and easy to cook.  Below are a few highlights of our "fast food."

♥  Longhorn beef cooks faster than other beef.  All cuts take less than 8 minutes except the roast.

♥  This beef is individually wrapped in vacuum sealed packs making it convenient to cook.  It also means you can thaw it and have a meal on the table in less than 35 minutes.

♥  Shudde beef will shrink 20% less than other beef when cooked.  So, altough the total cost may be more than grocery store beef, you get 20% more product.

♥  Shudde beef is rated "extremely tender" by the Warner Bratzer test done by Texas A&M University. NO electric shock or tenderizer is used.

♥  The beef is hung for 2 weeks at 35 degrees before being processed under Texas Health Department inspection.

♥  Grass fed beef contains CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) which helps fight cancer.  It is also high in Omega 3 fatty acids which is an antioxidant.  

♥  Shudde Beef is "fast food" with the beef flavor long forgotten.  In fact, you'll find that very little seasoning is needed.
